In this two-hour journey you will be supported to create shifts in your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Discover what is hidden beneath the surface as you shed and release, allowing you to live unshackled from what holds you back.
Spaces are strictly limited and bookings are essential.
You must be 18 years or older for this event.

Please note this work is not suitable if you experience the following:
- Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)
- Currently taking high doses of medication that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, antipsychotic)
- Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries
- Epilepsy
- History or diagnosis of aneurysms
- Cardiovascular problems / heart conditions
- History of seizures
- Severe asthma
- Hospitalisation for any psychiatric conditions or emotional crisis
- Pregnancy
- Any other medical, psychiatric or physical condition that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release

Group Event cancellation policy
All bookings are final. Any cancellation requests must be requested in writing to info@charlestownchiropractic.com.au. Cancellations requested prior to 7 days outside of the event are entitled to a 50% refund. Cancellations requested within 7 days of the event forfeit all ticket costs but may transfer their ticket to another name with 48 hours notice provided to our email above.
